FCT-P/S Rogowski Coil Current Transformer

According to the ore heat furnace structure and the power, the electric furnace transformer winding are usually in accordance with the "star/triangle" or "the triangle/" connection, low voltage winding tend to connect into a triangle on the electrode.
At present, the measurement of electrode current common -arc furnace method are as follow:
1. Measure the primary current on by installation current transformer on the high voltage side of the electric furnace transformer. This is Simple and easy to do method. But it can not accurately reflect the load current of electric furnace transformer. And the error is large;
2. Combined furnace transformer and current transformer. It limited by manufacturing conditions of volume of transformer and current transformer. And it increases the cost of the electric furnace transformer.
3. Installed the current transformer and measure in low voltage side of electric furnace transformer. This is good accurate & intuitive measuring. But due to the short -arc furnace Net complex structure & high working temperature and flame. Is very difficult to install.
According to the site conditions, our company developed based on the principle of ore heat furnace "When the three-phase electrode is triangular, the current of each phase electrode is equal to the vector of the phase current of the two adjacent phases" . Adopt rogowski coils current sensor can accurately measure the multiphase phase current. Then it can obtain the current of three electrodes by vector synthesis from A,B,C three electrode adjacent two phase current. Because of the measuring the phase current is from rogowski coil sensor which install on the outlet terminals of the transformer. So it will not be affected by bad environment of arc furnace.
